Since 2011, Jordan and her husband, John, have run a successful real estate business servicing the New Orleans metro area. Her success in real estate sales and investing has allowed her to focus on her true passion, teaching!
In 2020 she became a Keller Williams University instructor for the Gulf States Region. She then joined the Productivity Coaching program as the Growth Coach for the Metairie, LA market center. Most recently, she joined the John Maxwell Team and became a certified coach, speaker, and trainer in early 2021. She is a six-year member of the ALC and a member of the IALC representing the Gulf States Region.
Jordan is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business: Marketing. While at LSU Jordan had the honor of being a member of the LSU Cheerleading Squad from 2004-2006. Jordan brings her natural energy and motivational spirit into every course she teaches.
After 12 years in New Orleans, Jordan and her husband moved to Mandeville with their two daughters. They enjoy travelling, spending time outdoors, attending their favorite local festivals, and cheering for the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers.

Matt Raciti has been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and joined forces with Keller Williams Realty in 2014. Since then, Matt has worked as a top producing agent and a Productivity Coach across multiple market centers surrounding his home in Boynton Beach, FL.
Since March 2020, Matt has hosted IGNITE for over 40 market centers throughout Florida and has graduated over 3,000 IGNITE students! Matt feels IGNITE changed the trajectory of his real estate career and entire life and he is passionate about teaching this transformative program to as many associates as possible.
Matt is a proud Marine Corps veteran, loving husband, and father.
